Shanell McNair-Kalu is a recalibrator of hearts and a steadfast voice for purpose-filled living. Called at sixteen, she surrendered fully to the will of God and never looked back. As the daughter of pastors, she was raised in the discipline of reverence and obedience, yet her journey became uniquely her own, shaped by divine direction and intentional grace.

Her spiritual foundation was formed under the covering of her parents, Bishop Alvin McNair and the late Pastor Sheila McNair, who instilled in her the power of servanthood, submission, and consistency. In 2008, Shanell was ordained as an elder, a defining milestone that affirmed her voice and assignment in the Kingdom.

On November 21, 2008, she married her husband, Kalu E. Kalu, Jr., and together they have built a life rooted in faith, love, and purpose. Walking side by side in both family and calling.

A social worker by training, Shanell holds both a bachelor's and master's degree, seamlessly blending clinical understanding with spiritual wisdom to cultivate spaces for healing and wholeness. She is also the author of The Recalibrated Life, a work that reflects her passion for helping others realign, renew, and walk fully in their God-given purpose. Her greatest ministry begins at home, where she is a devoted wife and the proud mother of three daughters, Carson, Emerson, and Greyson, who remain her joy and her grounding.

In 2023, Shanell launched The Recalibrated Woman, a prophetic movement birthed through prayer and led by purpose. Through this work, she invites women into a sacred journey of rediscovery, learning to heal, release, realign, and rise. Her message is clear: identity matters, alignment matters, and God still recalibrates destinies.

Above all, Shanell is a servant. Her life, leadership, and message are anchored in one pursuit: to glorify God and help others live with clarity, conviction, and courage. Her faith is active, her call is unwavering, and her mission is to help people align with heaven, rediscover their purpose, and walk boldly in the freedom of who God created them to be.
